1. Acceptance
By accessing dclawtech.dev or submitting a contact form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Use of client projects is governed by a separate written agreement.
2. Services
DClawTech builds Web, Apps, SaaS & AI products — including corporate, B2B, ecommerce, marketplace, booking, portfolios, and custom web apps. Scope, price, and timeline are fixed in a proposal/SOW. Timelines are estimates based on research (Web weeks, Apps months, SaaS 8–12w MVP) — not guarantees; delays from scope changes or third-party review are excluded.
3. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery, fixed scope. Late payments may pause work. Prices from $500—$50K (India Rs 15k—6L locally adjusted) are indicative; final quote per SOW. All fees are per SOW; no hidden fees.
4. Client Duties
Provide content, feedback, and access timely. One approval point of contact is required. Delays on your side extend timelines per SOW.
5. Intellectual Property
On full payment, you own the delivered code, deploy, and docs. We retain right to showcase work publicly unless you request NDA in writing. Pre-existing tools remain ours.
6. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other’s confidential info private. We sign NDAs on request.
7. Warranties & Liability
We build with professional care. No guarantee of specific business outcomes. Liability limited to fees paid for the relevant project, to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing limits liability for fraud or non-excludable duties. EU/UK consumers retain mandatory rights.
8. Data Protection
Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy (Articles 13/14). By using the site you acknowledge it. Consent for non-essential cookies is separate (ePrivacy). Where we act as processor, a DPA can be added.
9. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms with notice on this page. Material changes for clients will be emailed with reasonable lead time; you may terminate before new terms bind you. Either party may terminate for material breach with 14 days’ cure notice.
10. Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan (or as per your SOW). For questions: DClawTech@proton.me. This document is a contract (Terms), not a privacy notice — see Privacy Policy for GDPR disclosures. Consult counsel for advice.
