1. Who we are (Controller)

DClawTech — built by DIE Abdul Hadi & Mohammad Rasool. Contact: DClawTech@proton.me. We are the controller for personal data collected via dclawtech.dev and contact forms.

2. What we collect (Article 13/14)

• Contact data: name, email, budget, idea description you submit via forms.
• Technical data: IP, device, browser, pages viewed, via cookies/analytics if you consent.
• Communication data: emails to DClawTech@proton.me.
• We do not collect sensitive categories (health, biometrics, etc.) via this site.

3. Purposes & Lawful Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Contract / pre-contract: respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, deliver projects.
• Legitimate interest: improve site, secure it, understand which services are requested.
• Consent: analytics/marketing cookies only if you opt in via banner.
• Legal obligation: retain invoices where required.

4. Retention

Contact inquiries: up to 24 months. Project data: per contract term + 3 years for legal holds. Analytics: per cookie consent, max 26 months. We delete or anonymize after.

5. Sharing & Processors

We share only with processors needed to operate: hosting (Vercel), email (Resend/Formspree if used), analytics (if consented). No selling of data. Transfers outside EEA, if any, rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 12–23)

You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email DClawTech@proton.me — we respond within 30 days.

7. Security & Minimization

We collect only what we need, use HTTPS, least-privilege access, and inventory third-party scripts. No excessive tracking. Cookie banner requires prior opt-in for non-essential cookies (ePrivacy Art. 5(3)).
